Protein! Nothing works to stop my nausea as well as protein! If I eat meat or nuts or something with protein in it, I feel better. I’ve found upping my protein levels helps me feel better while pregnant in all aspects, not just nausea.
I had a friend who couldn’t keep anything down her first trimester but potato chips and cola. She tried everything, but had no success until later in her pregnancy at eating anything else. Her doctor supported her in it after having her try everything he could think of. ![]()
