I’m 10 weeks along, and I don’t get severe nausea, but it is long lasting and tiring. It is just enough to make me feel icky. I have tried eating, drinking lukewarm fluids, drinks with bubbles, drinks without bubbles, salty foods, and everything else I can find. None of it helps. I feel bad that I am complaining about this when some of you are really ill, but after a long period of time, it feels debilitating. If I move quickly, for instance if I need to rush to one of the other kids if they get hurt or something, it makes it worse. Slowing down helps. Laying down helps a little… other times it makes the room spin.
