Hey ladies! This is my first and I have had quite a go round of morning sickness. My friend (who has three kids) told me about the BRAT diet. BRAT means Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast. I have been sticking to this diet and eating these foods and they seem to settle the stomach. I had tried everything to keep my stomach settled, but when I started using the BRAT diet I noticed a difference right away. It helps to just eat a little rice or a piece of banana. As for the applesauce, I cut an apple in half and use a spoon to scrape the apple into a bowl, making my own natural applesauce. On particularly difficult days, I have some dry toast. I find that this helps a lot.
