Morning Sickness Veteran

This is my fifth baby and I can say that I have picked up a few things along the way when it comes to morning sickness. I have found that grazing throughout the day has helped me so much. I eat about every two hours or even less throughout the day. I try to stick to healthy foods like fresh vegetables, fresh fruit (but not much, they can be pretty acidic), lean meats like chicken and some fresh dairy like yogurt and cheese. I also eat whole grains like quinoa, cous cous and taboule. I experiment with different foods and see what combinations are the best. Then I just keep some in the fridge so that I can eat it at my leisure. I find that grazing keeps my blood sugar stable and I keep food in my stomach which means I don't feel so nauseous as often.
