CommentsI am on my second and the morning sickness is not as bad as it was with my first (but I can remember)
Here’s what I have found that worked with me.
I eat something that is high in protein like peanut butter on a saltine cracker before I go to bed to help my blood sugars. When I wake up, before I get out of bed, I eat 2 saltine crackers to keep the stomach acids from moving around. When you feel as though all of your food is going to come up, start sipping water and try not to remember you were going to be sick. This seemed to work for me with my last one.
