Exercise! I bet that is the last thing you feel like doing right now. I remember my partner literally forcing me to go for a stroll in the country to get some fresh air. I must admit I always felt better afterward. I would recommend having a bite to eat or taking a small snack with you.

Exercise whilst pregnant

Walk every day, even if it is just around the yard or the block. The change of scenery can help keep your mind off your nausea, and fresh air is beneficial. If the weather is bad, take a turn about the mall. Many malls even have walking groups that will exercise together, so you can make new friends while you are staying healthy and easing your morning sickness.
